Josh is the founder of Sheerstock and continues to operate as its Director of Trading. He has 10 years’ experience as a derivatives trader with a proven track record of generating significant, and consistent, annual returns. Josh will focus on the growth of Sheerstock’s presence within the commodities space.

Tom Rydzewski started his career as a Strategist in a Quantitative trading where he worked on statistical arbitrage strategies. He moved to comodities trading while leading development teams at some of the biggest market makers in the industry working on pre and post trade processes, automation as well as risk management and control. He is active in risk and pricing consultancy as well as SAAS risk management.

Harrison graduated from Oxford Brookes University in Computer Science and since leaving university, prior to joining Sheerstock worked as an IT systems and software developer, gaining experience in web and app development.

Julie is an FCCA registered accountant and Sheerstock company secretary.

James qualified as a solicitor at international law firm SJ Berwin LLP. He has subsequently worked as an in-house lawyer for a number of financial and corporate concerns specialising in transactional practice and litigation. Prior to this he obtained a master’s qualification in intellectual property and contract law.
